Welcome to Lumina. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except as permitted by law.

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by Lumina Technologies Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to Lumina or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumina Technologies Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
